(Original name: Shenzhen Technology &Culture Information Technology Co., Ltd. ) is a high-tech enterprise specially engaged in development of Hospital Information System(“HIS”) and implementation of the network engineering. With more than ten years’ hard work, the Company has been a leading provider of Hospital Information Systems in China.

Zhongtian’s HIS System has been successfully applied in over 600 provincial and municipal hospitals, and well accepted by the users and experts. In 2002, the Company has developed Medical Cases Statistic Management System with the cooperation of the statistic information center of Guangdong Province Health Bureau. After the System was wildly promoted in Guangdong province, the Hospital Fixed Assets and Equipment Management System, Pharmacy Management System and Finance Management System were implemented as well. In 2004, the Company signed an agreement with the Health Statistic Information Center of Guangdong Province to develop Health Examination Information System, which has been successfully promoted in Guangdong province. With perfect function, the System can satisfy the requirements of the hospitals and provide supports to the development of hospital informationization.
