System Profile

To improve the health system of Shenzhen City and build the health archives for every Shenzhen Citizen, Zhongtian cooperated with Shenzhen Biotechnology Information Center to develop the Shenzhen Citizen Health Card System. The System provides convenient and secure medical services for citizens.

• Citizens can inquire their health history records on the website and the outpatient procedures can be gradually optimized.
• Physicians can inquire health archives with authorization for diagnoses
• Hospitals send citizens’ medical information to health data center regularly, to build the personal health archives for patients.
• Provide the basis for macro-control and health services planning, facillitating hospital information system construction and standard unification.
